City Park has changed a lot over the years. While its no Wash Park in terms of use it is changing from an underutilized park with the “best view in Denver” to becoming the crown jewel it was originallyl designed to be. Anyway I digress. The real reason I’m writing this is because in case you hadn’t heard the plan is to rebuild the main (North) playground by the south side of the zoo. Here’s a brief video from Fox 31 news highlighting the event tomorrow night, May 19 at TAXI from 1pm – 5pm. If you’ve never heard of TAXI you are in for a treat…and you’ll be back. In my opinion TAXI is what this city is about. Creativity, Entreprenourism (spelling?), great architecture, industrial reclamation, and I could go on. And the Fodd Truck scene is great. This wil be a blast. This is why I LOVE living in the city especially North Denver....
