Spurred on by increasing prices in other city close urban neighborhoods with good classic architecture, Cole has become a popular choice for young professionals, young families and folks in general who value diversity, urban living and a vibrant community. Most residents are looking forward to the opening of the new lightrail station in 2016 at 38th and Blake which will further the connectivity to downtown amenities like the newly remodeled Union Station and a convenient route to the airport. The S. Platte River Trail is a short bike ride away as well as the hip RiNo arts district and unofficial microbrew, micro distillery, micro cider, micro anything alcoholic district in the city.
